Annual Fall Trip

This year we went to Doughton Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway in northern NC.  The park is known for it's outstanding beauty & it definitely lived up to its reputation.  It was so pretty!  Even though we nearly froze & went to bed at 6:30pm because it was too dark & too wet to build a fire, we had a great time!  Here are some pics:
