Today I get to teach my 7th Graders again but they are 8th Graders now :) It is fun! Last night, we made breaded Tilapia with roasted carrots and fried spinach. It was extremely tasty. We then watched This is Spinal Tap. That movie is extremely ridiculous. I'm just glad it was short. Tonight, I am making spaghetti. It will be really good, it has to cook for 2 hours so it should be!
